Each Hardman Design piece is built to last, lovingly crafted in-house by our master carpenters. Placing you at the heart of the design process, we take a number of steps to ensure we have perfected your dream piece, and we will only dispatch your item when you are entirely happy. Firstly, we provide samples of the exact type of wood we will use to craft your furniture. We then send images throughout the production process, as well as upon completion, to ensure you are kept up to date and are completely satisfied with your furniture. We also offer 30 day returns (after delivery) on standard products (a £120 charge applies), and free return on cancellations before the order leaves the workshop. We understand that you can feel detached when ordering bespoke items remotely, so our processes are designed to make you feel entirely comfortable.
